- 200 g yogurt
- 200 g cream cheese, full fat
- 100 g mango puree
- 7 g Stevia granules
- 50 g powdered sugar
Mix all the ingredients to a smooth mixture. If necessary, sweeten with stevia (alternatively with 30-35 tsp. of stevia fluid or 50 g of icing sugar).
Pass the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve or a fine sieve directly into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Cool the filled Whipper in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Shake vigorously before serving.
For example, serve with fresh or marinated mango cubes.
If you are using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper, halve the ingredients and Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger. For a 1 l iSi Whipper, double the ingredients, screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers one after the other, and shake vigorously after each Charger.
