Orange Mousse

Orange Mousse
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 3 × sheet(s) of gelatin
  • 25 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 10 ml orange liqueur
  • 100 g orange chocolate

Ingredients

  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 3 × sheet(s) of gelatin
  • 25 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 10 ml orange liqueur
  • 100 g orange chocolate

Preparation:

Lightly heat the orange chocolate together with the orange juice, milk and icing sugar until the chocolate has melted. Add the orange liqueur and the heavy cream. Pour the mixture directly through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into to a 0.5 l iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.
