Peppermint and Orange Syrup

Peppermint and Orange Syrup
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1000 ml soda water
  • 5 g orange peel
  • 20 g dried peppermint
  • 400 ml water

Ingredients

  • 180 g sugar
  • 1000 ml soda water
  • 5 g orange peel
  • 20 g dried peppermint
  • 400 ml water

Preparation:

Fill an iSi Soda Siphon or iSi Sodamaker Classic with cold water. Screw on 1 iSi Soda Charger and shake vigorously.
Heat the water and sugar at medium temperature and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.

 

Remove from the stove, stir in the peppermint and orange peel and leave for 20 minutes. Strain and refrigerate overnight.

 

Peppermint and Orange Syrup with soda water and ice. </h>

Note:

If the water is particularly sparkling, cool the iSi Soda Siphon or iSi Sodamaker Classic in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
