- 200 ml heavy cream
- 300 g vanilla yogurt
- 3.5 g Stevia granules
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 10 ml stevia liquid
Stir all ingredients together until the granules are completely dissolved. Sweeten to taste with Stevia. Put into a 0.5 L (~17 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously.
Sweeten 250 ml of orange juice with 3–4 drops of Stevia liquid. Soften 3 x sheets/6 g of gelatin in cold water. Heat 3 tbsp. of orange juice. Remove the softened gelatin sheets from the water, press out the excess water, and dissolve in the orange juice. Stir in the remaining orange juice and divide evenly between 5 glasses. Leave the glasses to cool in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Use a peeler to make shavings of dark chocolate. Spoon the mousse onto the orange jello portions and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Enjoy immediately.
Halve the ingredients and screw on 1 iSi cream charger if using a 0.25 L (~8.5 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper. For a 1 L (~34 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper, double the ingredients, screw on 2 iSi cream chargers one after the other and shake vigorously after attaching each charger.
