Strawberry Spoom Meringue

Berry temptation

Strawberry Spoom Meringue
  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 ml yogurt
  • 200 g strawberry (strawberries)
  • 20 ml orange liqueur
  • 4 × egg white
  • 100 ml strawberry syrup

Ingredients

  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 ml yogurt
  • 200 g strawberry (strawberries)
  • 20 ml orange liqueur
  • 4 × egg white
  • 100 ml strawberry syrup

Preparation:

Strawberry Spoom:
Mix milk, joghurt, strawberry syrup and orange liqueur, and pass through the iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Cool in the refrigerator for one to two hours.

Meringue:
Beat four egg whites and 200 g of sugar until stiff. Dry in the oven at 100 - 130 °C in recirculated air for approx. 100 min.

Place the strawberry spoon, freshly quartered strawberries and small meringue pieces layers in a glass.
