Sweet Oranges

A digestive and dessert in one

Sweet Oranges
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml amaretto syrup
  • 100 ml coffee
  • 5 × orange(s)
  • 10 × mint leaves
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml amaretto liqueur
  • 10 × ice cubes

  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml amaretto syrup
  • 100 ml coffee
  • 5 × orange(s)
  • 10 × mint leaves
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml amaretto liqueur
  • 10 × ice cubes

Preparation:

For 8 servings.

Mix the coffee with orange juice and the amaretto liqueur and add sugar to taste if desired. For each portion, add 2 orange slices and some ice cubes to a tall glass and add the coffee mixture.

 

Pour the fresh heavy cream together with the amaretto syrup into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Crown the coffee with the heavy cream straight away and decorate with orange peel strips and mint.

 

Double the ingredients for a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. If using a 0.25 l iSi appliance, halve the ingredients.

 

Tip

Amaretto Cream also tastes great with ice cream.
