Tiramisu

a fine Italian dessert

Tiramisu
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 4 × yolk(s)
  • 60 g mascarpone
  • 30 ml amaretto
  • 50 ml coffee
  • 90 g powdered sugar
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 1 × ladyfingers

Ingredients

  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 4 × yolk(s)
  • 60 g mascarpone
  • 30 ml amaretto
  • 50 ml coffee
  • 90 g powdered sugar
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 1 × ladyfingers

Preparation:

Mix the egg yolks, cream, mascarpone, icing sugar and amaretto well and pour into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.

 

Sprinkle a sponge finger with coffee. Alternate layers of cream and sponge finger and finally dust with cocoa. Cool the tiramisu in the refrigerator for a min. of 6 hours.

 

If using a 1 l iSi Whipper, double the ingredients. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
