- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml yogurt
- 100 ml syrup (strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry syrup)
Put all the ingredients into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Make sure that the syrup doesn't contain any seeds or pulp! Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Reduce or increase the amount of syrup according to taste.
Fruit puree (without seeds, sweeten according to taste) can also be used instead of syrup.
Double the ingredients if using a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
