- 400 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml cinnamon syrup
Put all the ingredients into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.
Cinnamon Cream tastes delicious on hot amaretto!
You can also try the cinnamon vanilla syrup: simply replace half of the cinnamon syrup with vanilla syrup and proceed as described above.
