- 500 ml heavy cream
- 100 g dark couverture
- 900 ml soy milk
Preparation of the Drinking Chocolate:
Melt the couverture in the microwave or over a water bath and mix with the soya milk. Then briefly bring the liquid to the boil again.
Heavy Cream Topping:
Pour the heavy cream into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously Cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and use it to crown the Drinking Chocolate.
