- 36 g of thinly sliced, seeded and deveined green jalapeño pepper
- 470 ml 40% abv blanco tequila
Put all ingredients into the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Attach the Rapid Infusion accessories to the iSi Gourmet Whip as per instructions. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger, shake and vent quickly by pressing the lever.
Screw on one more iSi Cream Charger, leave for 2 minutes and vent quickly by pressing the lever. Leave for 1 more minute.
Unscrew the device head from the iSi stainless steel bottle and remove the sieve and sieve seal> Empty the displaced liquid into a glass through the iSi Funnel & Sieve and leave for another 10 minutes.
