- 3 g salt
- 125 g rice flour
- 125 ml soda water
- 125 ml beer
- 125 g wheat flour
- 3 g honey
Mix together all the ingredients to a smooth batter. Let the batter mixture rest for 10 minutes. Pass through the iSi funnel & sieve directly into the 0.5 L iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
To bake, place - for example - vegetables or shrimp in a bowl, portion out the batter and cover the ingredients in the batter. Deep-fry the filled pastry at 190 °C/375 °F, until golden brown.
Double the ingredients for a 1 L (~34 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi cream chargers one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 L (~8.5 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper.
