- 150 g cream cheese, full fat
- 50 ml Chicken stock
- 150 g apple sauce
- 150 g cranberries, finely strained
Mix all ingredients and puree in a blender until smooth. Pass the mixture through the iSi funnel & sieve into the 0.5 L iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
