- 800 ml heavy cream
- 3 l coffee
- 160 ml coconut liqueur
- 5 x carambola (star fruit)
- 160 ml coconut syrup
- 160 g coconut shavings
Mix the hot or cold coffee with the coconut rum, sweeten to taste, and distribute among large glasses. Put the heavy cream and the orange liqueur into a 0.5 L (~17 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously.
Top each coffee immediately. Garnish the drink with coconut shavings and star fruit.
Double the ingredients for a 1 L (~34 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi cream chargers one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 L (~8.5 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper.
