- 40 ml Campari
Fill the iSi Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 iSi soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Place some ice cubes in a tall glass and pour the Campari over the top. Top up with soda water from the iSi Soda Siphon.
Garnish with some lemon zest.
