- 20 ml pineapple juice
- 20 ml coconut syrup
- 40 ml Bacardi (white rum)
Fill the iSi Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 iSi soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Mix together the rum, pineapple juice and coconut syrup in the shaker. Place some ice cubes in a tall glass and strain the mixture into the glass. Top up with soda water from the iSi Soda Siphon.
