Coconut foam

Caribbean temptation to top coffee

Coconut foam
  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 15 ml dark Chocolate Sauce
  • 100 ml Coconut Fruit Mix

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 15 ml dark Chocolate Sauce
  • 100 ml Coconut Fruit Mix

Preparation:

Put all ingredients into a 0.5 L (~17 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously until the desired consistency is achieved. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Serving Suggestion:

Coat the interior of a glass with MONIN Dark Chocolate Sauce. Pour 1 tbsp. of MONIN Dark Chocolate Sauce, ice cubes, and 100 ml cold milk into a cocktail mixer, add a double shot of espresso, and pour into the glass. Top with the coconut foam topping.

Double the ingredients for a 1 L (~34 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi cream chargers one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 L (~8.5 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper.
