Creamy Curry Sauce

Perfect for chicken dishes

Creamy Curry Sauce
  • 1 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 1 ml lemon juice
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 150 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 x onion(s)
  • 10 ml oil
  • 0.5 x apple
  • 15 ml pineapple juice
  • 300 ml creamy chicken sauce
  • 1 g curry powder
  • 0.5 x banana(s)

Ingredients:

  • 1 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 1 ml lemon juice
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 150 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 x onion(s)
  • 10 ml oil
  • 0.5 x apple
  • 15 ml pineapple juice
  • 300 ml creamy chicken sauce
  • 1 g curry powder
  • 0.5 x banana(s)

Preparation:

Peel the onions, bananas, and apple and cut into 1 cm pieces. Heat the oil and first lightly sweat the onion, then add the apple and banana. Cover and steam in pineapple juice and reduced fat chicken stock for about 10 minutes. Add the creamy chicken sauce and bring to a boil. Season with curry powder (or curry paste). Pass the mixture through the iSi funnel & sieve directly into the 0.5 L (~17 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Keep the iSi Whipper warm at max. 75 °C (167 °F) in a bain-marie or in a water bath. Shake vigorously before serving.

Serving Suggestion:

Ideal for fish, meat, or chicken with rice, vegetables, and/or fruit.

Double the ingredients for a 1 L (~34 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi cream chargers one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 L (~8.5 fl. oz.) iSi Whipper.
