  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 0.25 × vanilla bean(s)
  • 200 ml Calpico

Ingredients

  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 0.25 × vanilla bean(s)
  • 200 ml Calpico

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, finely puree in a blender and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Next, pour the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Cool the appliance once again in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
