- 500 ml heavy cream
- 40 g vanilla sugar
- 12 g powdered sugar
Dissolve the sugar and vanilla sugar in the cream, while stirring carefully so that no lumps form. Pass directly through the iSi Funnel and Sieve into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.
Vanilla extract can also be used instead of vanilla sugar.
