- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 g runny honey
- 2 × egg(s)
- 10 g pistachios
- 1 ml lemon juice
- 2 × orange(s)
Mix the honey, eggs and lemon juice well, then add the heavy cream.<br/>Pour the mixture into the 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on an iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.
Cool the filled Whipper in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Cut the fresh oranges into thin slices using a sharp knife. Add the honey foam directly from the iSi Whipper over the oranges and garnish with chopped pistachios.
The recipe can also be prepared in a 1 l iSi Whipper: simply double the ingredients and screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper and use 1 Charger.
