- 500 ml heavy cream
- 125 ml fresh orange juice
- 20 g granulated sugar
- 1 × orange(s)
- 1 kg strawberry (strawberries)
Pour the cooled heavy cream (ideally 32 - 36% fat) into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously until the desired consistency is reached.
Wash the strawberries with cold water and drain them. Next, remove the leaves and stems.
Mix 2 tbsp. of grated orange peel with the granulated sugar and orange juice and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
Distribute it into glasses and serve with the cream from the iSi Whipper.
When chilled, the cream stays fresh in the iSi Whipper for up to one week.
