Vanilla Cream

For preparation using the petal piping tip

Vanilla Cream
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 1 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml french vanilla syrup

Ingredients

  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 1 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml french vanilla syrup

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a 0.5 L (~17 fl.oz.) iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously.

Serving Suggestion

Fill an éclair with the vanilla cream.
