Foamy Pea Soup
Give this classic that certain something with our iSi devices - for both humble fare and gourmet menus!
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 300 g peas
Boil the peas in vegetable stock until soft and season with salt and pepper. Puree in a blender and refine with milk.
Pour through the iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously.
Serve in a glass and garnish with roasted bread chips if desired.
