Lime and Cream Cheese Cream on Cantuccini Crumbs

Ingredients
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 35 g sugar
- 150 g cream cheese, full fat
- 15 g vanilla sugar
- 15 ml vanilla extract
- 1 × organic lime(s)
- 100 g cantuccini
- 150 ml milk

Very finely grate the lime rind. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Cool the filled Whipper in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Put the cantuccini in a food bag and crush. Divide between the glasses, put the Lime and Cream Cheese Cream on top and decorate with blackberries.
