- 100 ml milk
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 15 ml dark Chocolate Sauce
- 100 ml Coconut Fruit Mix
Put all the ingredients into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously until the desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
Spread MONIN Dark Chocolate Sauce on the inner surface of a glass. Mix 1 tbsp. of MONIN Dark Chocolate Sauce, ice cubes, 100 ml of cold milk and a double espresso with a bar mixer and pour into the glass. Crown with the coconut foam topping.
Double the ingredients for a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
