- 1 tsp. salt
- 125 ml soda water
- 125 ml beer
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. honey
With our devices, your beer batter will also become fluffy, light, and loose. Give it a shot!
Stir all ingredients together into a smooth dough and leave for 10 minutes. Pour through an iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Cool the filled Whipper for 1-2 hours.
For the baking put e.g. vegetables or prawns in a bowl, add the dough and bake in it. Fry the pieces in a fryer at 190 °C until golden yellow.
Double the ingredients for a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
