Chocolate Banana

a light, tasty children's recipe

Chocolate Banana
  • 225 g heavy cream
  • 125 g banana(s)
  • 125 g hazelnut cream

Preparation:

Mix the hazelnut spread (e.g. Nutella), milk and a banana until there are no lumps left - then add the heavy cream.

 

Next, pour through the iSi Funnel & Sieve or a fine sieve directly into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously until the desired consistency is reached.

 

Serve immediately or keep refrigerated for up to one week.

Serving suggestion:

Mix milk with half a banana and some icing sugar and pour into a glass. Top with the hazelnut spread and banana mix. Also goes superbly with cocoa or chocolate ice cream.

iSi tip:

Briefly heat the hazelnut spread to make it more liquid.

 

Double the ingredients for a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
