Breast of guinea fowl on arugula / with apple-cranberry foam and herb cream cheese
  • 150 g cream cheese, full fat
  • 50 ml Chicken stock
  • 150 g apple sauce
  • 150 g cranberries, finely strained

Ingredients:

  • 150 g cream cheese, full fat
  • 50 ml Chicken stock
  • 150 g apple sauce
  • 150 g cranberries, finely strained
Add to shopping list

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and puree in a blender until smooth. Pass the mixture through the iSi funnel & sieve into the 0.5 L iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
