We had a very special visitor from France: Rainer Kratzer invited Jean-Baptiste Lavergne-Morazzani to the iSi kitchen. He and his young team of "le Table du 11", a restaurant in Versailles, have already earned a Michelin Star in the opening year and are currently working on the second one. In this video he shows us two of his most desireable dishes.
