How to produce a cold brew coffee?
There are many variants of a basic formula: cold water, coarse coffee grounds, and an overnight brew. Depending on the recipe used, the steeping process takes from 624 hours. iSi recommends using about 5 tablespoons coffee grounds (set grinder to most coarse setting) with a 1:8 water to coffee ratio and a steeping time of about 15 to 18 hours.
Why is my Nitro-Coffee not cascading?
The cascading effect is closely related to the coffee used to produce the cold brew coffee. We recommend a coffee stronger roast (Arabica beans) with a high amount of protein.
Can I make whipped cream with the iSi Nitro?
No, this is not possible. The iSi Nitro is not compatible with any cream chargers available on the market. To prepare fresh whipped cream, please use any original iSi whipper that works with iSi cream chargers.
Do the Nitro-chargers contain liquid nitrogen used for instant-freezing?
