BBQ Dressing

  • 130 ml BBQ Sauce
  • 100 ml canola oil
  • 100 ml pineapple juice
  • 50 ml raspberry vinegar
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro


Mix all ingredients together in a blender.


Filtering through an iSi Funnel & Sieve directly directly into a 0.5 L Whip.


Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 6 times. If the dressing is too liquid, shake again until the desired consistency is achieved.

Serve directly on salad or in a bowl.
