Campari Soda
Campari Soda has never been so sparkling!
Ingredients
- 1 × soda water
- 40 ml Campari

Fill an iSi Soda Siphon or iSi Sodamaker Classic with cold water.

Screw on 1 iSi Soda Charger and shake vigorously. For that extra bit of fizz, cool the water before using the Soda Charger.

Put ice cubes in a longdrink glass and pour the Campari over them. Top up with soda water. Serve with a lemon zest.
