Put the remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour the cocktail into a tumbler with ice, cover with coconut espuma and decorate with pink pepper.

For a 1 L iSi Whip, double the ingredients. One after the other screw on 2 iSi cream chargers and shake vigorously after each charger. When using a 0.25 L iSi Whip, please halve ingredients.
