cold vanilla sauce

Ingredients
  • 460 ml vanilla milk
  • 10 g Vanilla pudding powder
  • 20 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 × vanilla bean(s)

Mix the pudding powder with 5 tablespoons of the vanilla milk until smooth.

Bring the remaining vanilla milk to a boil with vanilla sugar and a split vanilla pod. Add the pudding powder and simmer at low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Strain directly through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 l iSi Whip. Chill for at least 6 hours. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake 14 times.
