Corn soup

  • 250 g Corn
  • 30 g butter
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml stock
  • 20 ml corn oil


Bring all ingredients to a boil together in a pan and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.


Purée finely with a blender or mixer and season to taste.


Then strain directly through iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 l iSi Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake 16 times.

Serve warm – the soup has a light, pleasant taste thanks to the high whipping volume!
