Ingredients
- 40 ml gin
- 20 ml orange juice
- 20 ml peach pulp
- 20 ml Peach tree liqueur
- 20 ml Martini Rubino Wermut
- 1 × soda water

Fill the iSi Sodamaker Classic or iSi Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 iSi soda charger and shake vigorously.

Add the remaining ingredients except the Martini Rubino in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour the cocktail into a jar and sprinkle with fresh soda water from the iSi Sodamaker Classic / iSi Soda Siphon.

Finally douse the Martini Rubino slowly and decorate with a sage.
