iSi Cream Cheese Topping
- 150 g QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream (from the fridge)
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g Condensed milk from the tube
- 50 g cream cheese, full fat
- 4 g salt
Blend all ingredients finely with a hand blender or in a stand mixer.
Then pour the entire mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 L iSi Whip. Screw on 1 iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 14 times.
