Red fruit jelly &
iSi rice pudding
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 150 ml milk
- 200 g cooked rice pudding
Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
Filtering through an iSi Funnel & Sieve, fill directly into a 0.5 L Whip.
Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 6 times. If the mass is too liquid, shake again until the desired consistency is achieved.
Serve it on red berries or red fruit jelly.
