Mocca Foam on Blackberries

A fruity coffee dream

Mocca Foam on Blackberries
  • 105 ml milk
  • 105 ml heavy cream
  • 10 g instant espresso
  • 230 g vanilla yogurt
  • 36 g powdered sugar

Ingredients

  • 105 ml milk
  • 105 ml heavy cream
  • 10 g instant espresso
  • 230 g vanilla yogurt
  • 36 g powdered sugar

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients until the powdered sugar and espresso powder have completely dissolved. Pour into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Before serving, cool the iSi Whipper in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

 

Stir in fresh or frozen blackberries with 3 - 4 tbsp. of granulated sugar and pour into a glass. Serve with the Mocca Foam and crumbled amarettini.
