Ingredients
- 420 ml water
- 80 ml Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 150 ml alcoholfree vermouth (e.g. Martini Torino)
- 150 ml alcoholfree gin (e.g. Seedlip Groove 42)
- 80 ml Monin Bergamot Syrup
- 8 ml dashes chocolate bitters

Stir the Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate into the water and put all other ingredients together, then pour through an iSi Funnel & Sieve into the iSi Nitro.

Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger, shake eight times.

Pour the drink straight into a glass and place the cold milk foam on top
Use a second iSi Nitro Charger for a more intense taste experience.
