Add the tea to 250 ml of boiling water and depending on the type of tea, leave to brew for 5–10 minutes. Then take out the tea bags or strain if using loose tea leaves and top up the hot tea with 750 ml of cold water. Leave to cool for at least 1 hour.
Mix 900 ml of the cold brew curcuma ginger tea with the rest of the ingredients and pour through the iSi funnel & sieve into the iSi Nitro Whip.
Charge with one iSi Nitro Charger, shake 8 x and pour straight into a glass.
