Nitro Mule
Ingredients
- 300 ml Ginger Beer
- 300 ml Kombucha quince
- 150 ml Vodka
- 150 ml Limettensaft
- 60 ml egg white

Stir in all ingredients through iSi Funnel & Sieve into an iSi Nitro.

Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger, shake eight times.

Pour straight into a glass.
Use a second iSi Nitro Charger for a more intense taste experience.
