Nitro Red Cheese Tea

  • 600 ml Cold Brew Tea (Hibiscus)
  • 350 ml Kombucha
  • 50 ml Hibiscus syrup
  • 200 g cream cheese, full fat
  • 100 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 g salt


Place Cold Brew Tea, Kombucha and syrup into an iSi Nitro.


Screw on an iSi Nitro Charger and shake about 8 times. Place the spout on the glass wall at a slight angle and press the lever fully.

Use a second iSi Nitro Charger for a more intense taste experience.


Mix all the other ingredients together for the topping. Pass directly through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5L iSi Whip and chill for at least 2 hours.

Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 8 to 10 times.
