Nitro Tonic Sour
Ingredients
- 100 ml woodruff syrup
- 50 ml egg white
- 50 ml Limettensaft
- 700 ml Tonic water
- 100 ml gin

Stir in all ingredients and then pour through an iSi Funnel & Sieve into the iSi Nitro.

Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger, shake eight times.

Pour straight into a glass.
Use a second iSi Nitro Charger for a more intense taste experience.
