with Frikoni Schaummilch
Pistachio Milk Foam on Iced Latte
- 900 ml Frikoni Schaummilch
- 100 ml Monin Pistachio Syrup
- 180 ml milk
- 5 × ice cubes
- 1 × doubled espresso
Fill a handful of ice cubes into a glass and add about 180 ml of cold milk. Then add a double espresso to the milk.
Shake the Frikoni Schaummilch vigorously for a few seconds. Then pour into a 1 l iSi Whip together with the syrup. Screw on 1 iSi Professional Charger and shake 16-18 times.
Dispense the milk foam directly from the iSi Whip onto the Iced Latte. The iSi Whip does not need to be shaken before the next preparation of the Schaummilch topping!
The cold foam also goes perfectly with a hot chocolate.
