Fast and easy self-flavouring with the iSi Rapid Infusion: Raspberry Vinegar
- 330 ml white balsamic vinegar
- 150 g frozen raspberries, thawed
Drain the raspberries and put into the iSi Gourmet Whip together with the white balsamic vinegar.
Attach the Rapid Infusion accessories to the iSi Gourmet Whip as per instructions. Unscrew an iSi Cream Charger, vigorously shake the iSi Gourmet Whip 5 times, and leave for 30 minutes.
Afterwards, rapidly vent the iSi Gourmet Whip by pressing the lever. Unscrew the Whipper head from the iSi stainless steel bottle and remove the sieve and sieve seal.
Empty the vinegar into a glass through the iSi Funnel & Sieve.
