Sparkling Aperol Tonic
Ingredients
- 180 ml water
- 180 ml Tonic water
- 180 ml white wine
- 120 ml Aperol
- 2 × stalk of mint
- 0.5 × organic orange

Wash the mint and orange; then finely dice the orange half.

Pour all ingredients into the iSi Twist'n Sparkle and carbonate using an iSi Soda Charger.

Wait 2 minutes before opening.
iSi tip: For that extra bit of fizz, cool the drink well and add carbon dioxide.
