- 200 ml milk
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 5 ml rum
- 3.5 g Stevia granules
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 50 ml orange juice
- 10 ml stevia liquid
- 20 g Vanilla pudding powder
Stir the vanilla pudding powder in with the orange juice until smooth. Bring the milk to the boil and stir the smooth-stirred vanilla pudding powder into the boiling milk. Cook at medium heat for around 5 minutes while constantly stirring and leave to cool.
Add the heavy cream and taste with the rum. Sweeten with stevia if necessary. Pass the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Cool the filled Whipper in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Put the Vanilla and Orange Creme in a glass in layers with diced strawberries Spread the vanilla orange cream in a glass and serve with diced strawberries and biscuits.
Double the ingredients for a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
