Ingredients

wasabi from a tube
150 g
sour cream
30 ml
sesame oil
150 g
cream cheese, full fat
60 ml
Heavy Cream min. 32% fat
30 ml
lemon juice
60 ml
milk
15 ml
soy sauce
Steps to prepare
1.
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 0.5 L iSi unit. Screw on 1 iSi cream capsule and shake vigorously. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Dice smoked salmon, avocado and red onion. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Serve with the wasabi foam and enjoy immediately.
